ORDER TIMELINE

Our company hand assembles or handcrafts all products individually. Because of this, we maintain limited inventory of certain items. In order to help estimate your order timeline, look for the following image if a product is ready for shipment immediately:

These products will normally ship within 5-7 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is currently out of stock and will require more time to be created for you.

For items that are out of stock, please use the Purchase Inquiry button to determine if the product can be made within a suitable time frame. Timelines vary from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the production stage of an individual item’s raw material supplies. Receiving the raw material supplies can take 3 weeks. Then the item is crafted and shipped. All together out of stock items may require up to 5 weeks to deliver.

Care for products as follows:

* TEA TOWELS

For best results, we recommend washing these fabrics with phosphate free detergent in cool water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle. We also suggest washing before use.

Some fading as a result of cleaning is typical for these fabrics. This is most notable on darker shades. Front loading washers contribute to color loss due to the increased tumbling action during cleaning. Fading can be minimized through use of cool wash settings and gentle wash cycles.

Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly.

* FAUX SUEDE CHANDELIER PILLOW

Wash separately in cool water using a gentle machine cycle. Machine dry using a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly to avoid wrinkles.

If required, use an iron with a light touch on a synthetic setting only. Higher iron temperatures may result in color transfer and, in extreme cases, melting of fabric.

* JBALYEAT CHANDELIER PILLOW

Remove pillow form before cleaning.

Our company primarily ships through the United State Postal Service (USPS). Occasionally we may utilize UPS for large shipments.

Typically Domestic delivery takes 5-7 days.

We happily support and love our international customers. Please complete a purchase inquiry if you are an international customer.

Jolene Balyeat Designs is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout with a reduced rate for multiple quantities of the same item.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Additional non-returnable items:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Customer Service.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customer Service and send your item to: Jolene Balyeat Designs, PO Box 11052, Bozeman, MT  59719.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jolene Balyeat Designs, PO Box 11052, Bozeman, MT  59719.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
